Family Vacation San Diego! (Part I)

Here are a few of the pictures from our vacation: I will add more in a day or two:
Here we are on the USS Midway in San Diego. It was used up through 1991. This pictures we are all in a tiny helicopter packed with people, and you can tell neither Matt or Audrey are very thrilled ...

Another helicopter parked on top the Midway.

Audrey and I on the landing deck of the air craft carrier.

Again, from the top of the air craft carrier, just a different view, this time of the city.

It was hot: I think the sun was getting to her. :)

Daddy and Audrey sitting in an airplane.

Matt's infamous camera face. :)
Here's Audrey in an airplane chair.

Walking through the hallways of the Midway. It was very small, very tight, very short, and Matt had to duck everywhere he went.

I took this picture out of one of the "windows" of the ship - you can see anohter ship in the distance.

The carrier from the parking lot. Until you are standing right next to it, you have no idea how big it actually is.

Relaxing during a lunch break.

She looks drunk here! I'm not quite sure what's going on...

Six Month Check Up, Family Vacation

First of all, we finally got a new battery for our camera, so I will post some pictures here in a few days!

Audrey had her six-month check up today. She is 13 lbs 3 oz, which is around the 10th percentile, and 26.5 inches long. Her new little tricks include babbling "ma ma ma ma ma ma" "me me me me me", playing peek-a-boo, and getting into everything she possibly can!

I am going to make this short since I am not posting pics yet. We are headed for San Diego this weekend to go to the zoo, sea world, and the wild animal park, and I will try to post pictures along the way! I'll have my computer with me.

Audrey's First Swimming Trip!

My sister-in-law called us around 8:00pm and asked us to go swimming with them at a relative's house. We were just sitting around having a lazy evening, so we figured - why not? We threw on some swimming suits, threw a onsie in the bag for Audrey (I don't have a swimming suit for her yet), and off we went.

Audrey loves bath time, so I figured she would be okay with the whole event. Turns out, she loved it! She kicked and splashed and had a grand time. She took swimming very seriously! Here are some pictures (if I can get them to post..if not, it may be a few days..)
