Audrey Christmas Program
Audrey's school Christmas program was this week. It was so cute! Everyone met in the gym about 6:30 Tuesday night, and we were out of there by 7:00. It was short, sweet, and wonderful - just the way programs for their age should be. :o) Audrey's age sang Jingle Bells, We Wish You a Merry Christmas, and Silent Night. Audrey didn't do much but looked a little freaked out, but it was still so fun to watch her get up in front of 300 people with her peers and put on a cute show!

December 2010 Events so far
December has been a busy month so far. We had a celebration for Grandma and Grandpa Nichol's 60th wedding anniversary, combined with Grandpa's 80th birthday celebration and Kellen's blessing at church, not to mention my anniversary coming up, Christmas, and Audrey's birthday. December is a jam-packed month!
Grandma and Grandpa's celebration was great. My aunt Marie flew in from Kansas for the occasion, which means that my grandparents were able to have three of their four kids here for the big day! I know that meant a lot to them. For dinner we had a roast, potatoes, green bean casserole, and a big beautiful cake! I took several pictures which I will post below.
In addition to those pictures, I will post a few from Kellen's blessing day, and some from decorating the Christmas tree!

Happy Holidays
We took Audrey and Kellen this week to have their "Christmas/New Born/2 year" pictures done. I love the photography studio that we take them to - usually they get us right in and have us in and out fairly quickly. This year, however was a little different. Our appointment was for 5:00 pm, but we sat around and sat around and finally started our pictures around 5:45. By then both Audrey and Kellen were hungry and tired of sitting around, so the photo session was a little rough. Kellen was pretty grumpy all the way through, and Audrey was extremely restless. But, we managed to make it through the pictures, and they turned out pretty cute. I am attaching a couple of them to this posting. The picture of Audrey and Kellen together is absolutely hysterical! Kellen looks like he's watching a scary movie or something!
I am adding a few more pictures that I took as well.

Audrey giving Daddy a great big hug after getting home from work!

Kellen all wrapped up cozy warm in his blanket, enjoying his binky.

Daddy and Audrey relaxing on the couch.

Audrey holding her brother - she's not too sure about the situation.

Kellen's usual "grumpy" face.

Audrey dressed herself - pink pajamas, a pink onsie over-top, and moose slippers!

Chillin' in her creative outfit.
